We collect the minimum needed to run a small studio. We do not sell your data.
Rabbit Hole Digital is a Cape Town studio. This page covers the public site (rabbitholedigital.co.za) and the contact and newsletter forms on it.
What we collect
- Brief form — name, email, service, and the note you write. We email that tohello@rabbitholedigital.co.za so we can reply. If the CMS inbox is configured, a private copy is stored there too.
- Newsletter — your email, held in Hostinger Reach until you unsubscribe.
- Cookies — a first-party record of your cookie choice. Optional Google analytics (tag
GT-TX279RT5) loads only after you accept. There is no Meta Pixel on this site.
Legal bases
We process a brief because you asked us to reply (contract / legitimate interests). Newsletter mail and analytics run on consent. You can withdraw newsletter consent via the unsubscribe link in any email, and change cookies via Cookie settings in the footer.
Who else sees it
- Hostinger — website hosting and Reach (newsletter).
- Sanity — CMS, if a brief is stored in the private inbox.
- Resend — transactional email for briefs, when configured.
- Google — analytics, only after you accept optional cookies.
None of these resell your information. They process it so we can run the site and answer you.
Your choices
Email hello@rabbitholedigital.co.za to ask for a copy of what we hold, or to have it deleted. We reply within a reasonable time. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change optional cookies.
